Enara Garro is Professor of Criminal Law at the University of the Basque Country Faculty of Law. Her main line of research lies in comparative law analysis of positive post-crime behaviour, tackling the impact of compensation and confession on sentencing. She has studied the clauses for abatement, mitigation and release for cooperating with the authorities regarding terrorism and organised crime and she is currently working on statutes of limitations for terrorism and hate crimes.
