Eneko Etxeberria Bereziartua took a Law degree from the University of Deusto, specialising in juridical-economic law, published a doctoral dissertation and was awarded a PhD in Law. He is currently Assistant Professor in Procedural Law at the UPV/EHU. His fields of specialisation have revolved around procedural matters such as public interest claims, peace courts, gender violence, criminal responsibility of legal entities and freedom of expression, publishing several focus studies and articles in various journals and collective works.
